In this digital tip video we answer the question do you know if you actually own your domain name?

To find out you can use a website called dnc.org.nz.

Here you can look up the ownership detais of your domain name.
As an example lets look up the domain name stuff.co.nz.

Click where you see more details and and then tick the box.

Scroll down and you will see the details of the company that bills you each year for for the domain renewal. They are called the registrar.

Below this is the Registrant. This show all the details about who owns the domain name.
If these details are not correct then contact the Registrar from above and get the domain name updated so you own it.
