The Kumeu Courier is a local free community magazine for Kumeu and surrounding areas. Stacey, who manages the print edition, contacted Utopia for a new website to showcase the magazine. The site needed to include a blog and PDF’s of all previous printed magazines. Each month the latest issue would be promoted on the website. A Content Management System (CMS) was also required so staff could easily update the site. The CMS platform chosen for this project was CMS Made Simple.

After discussing content and functionality Utopia produced a mock-up of the new site using the logo and colours supplied.  This was fine-tuned and after the final Premium website was implemented, they entered the content from their old website.

A website form on the contact page allows visitors to easily make an enquiry. Utopia helped to arrange the website hosting. The new website is fully responsive allowing it to work across multiple devices like phones and tablets. Search Engine Optimisation was completed on the website pages and content.  The blog enables quick and easy publication of regular information and articles for the website visitors.
