For over 60 years the Red Beach Surf Life Saving Club has been providing a vital service to the local community. Club secretary Ross contacted Utopia as their existing website was in an unscalable platform that locked the club in forever and they wanted a modern website that was mobile friendly.
After discussing content and functionality Utopia produced a mock-up of the new site using the logo and colours supplied. This was fine-tuned and the final website implemented. Utopia migrated all the existing pages, images and PDF’s into a new WordPress site. An online donation system using POLi was also set up to accept donations.
A website form on the contact page allows visitors to easily make an enquiry and the blog enables quick and easy publication of regular information to the website visitors. The new website is fully responsive allowing it to work across multiple devices like phones and tablets. Training was given to club members so they could continue to update the site and Utopia helped to arrange the website hosting. Search Engine Optimisation was completed on the website pages and content.
