Ceva Animal Health markets pioneering animal health products in the livestock, poultry, equine and pet sectors. They came to Utopia needing a system to track customers, take orders and send reports to their warehouse and distributors.

We met with David Barnett from Ceva NZ and discussed the options available. A mobile-capable website for sales reps, office staff and management was agreed on. The new website provided the following features:

• Customer management database
• Document and image repository
• Product database
• Automated monthly reports

Now David’s sales team can sign up customers on-the-road using a phone or a tablet, eliminating the need for paper forms.
